Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a single-tenant net-leased retail building at 11025 61st St. NE in Albertville, Minnesota.
The 4,538-square-foot property sold for $3.337 million. At the time of sale, the building was leased to Culver’s.
The seller is a property owner from the Milwaukee area. Chard Firsel, president of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, represented the seller in the transaction.
