Quantum Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail building at 4820-4860 S. 76th St. in Greenfield, Wisconsin. The property sold for $4.1 million.
The property is leased to a mix of national and local tenants, including Mattress Firm, Destination XL, One Main Financial and Phoenix Salon Suites.
The buyer was a private real estate investor based in Scottsale, Arizona.
