Raise Commercial Real Estate new head of strategic growth to be based in Chicago office

Raise Commercial Real Estate, the technology-powered brokerage that reimagines real estate from ideation to execution for forward-thinking companies, today announced the hiring of Beth Moore as Head of Strategic Growth working out of the company’s growing Chicago office, as well as several key hires across its brokerage, workplace and project management teams. The new hires come on the heels of explosive growth for the company during the Covid pandemic, with hiring skyrocketing 32% year-over-year in 2020, and 54% year-over-year in 2021.

At Raise, Beth will be responsible for accelerating growth and innovation while helping to reshape the future of the commercial real estate industry. Beth will also guide Raise’s enterprise sales growth as the firm continues to expand nationally and build out its Flex Workspace playbook.

Beth joins Raise from Colliers, where she served as Senior Vice President of Client Experience focused on client innovation, workplace and flex strategy. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at WeWork at the peak of its growth trajectory. During her tenure at WeWork, Beth held several major roles including Head of Broker Channel Sales, and most recently Head of U.S. and Canada Leasing where she was responsible for a 450+ asset portfolio.

Beth started her commercial real estate career in the Strategic Consulting group at Jones Lang Lasalle in Chicago. There she used data, process, business insights and scenario modeling to help corporate clients better align real estate with their business objectives through workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, process improvement and location advisory.

After JLL, she joined CBRE, where she held several leadership roles during her nearly nine years at the firm in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. At CBRE, with a growth mindset, Beth’s impact included founding CBRE’s own workplace strategy (Workplace360), expanding multi-market broker led account business and launching a new service line focused on growing revenue through flexible lease transactions.
