Reed Construction has completed an interior build-out for a new Vein Clinics of America location in Geneva.
Located at 1792 S. Rand Road, Vein Clinics of America is a nationwide group of physicians specializing in the treatment of vein diseases. This is the 10th location for the company in the Chicago area.
Bryan Kreuger, project executive and Project Manager Matthew Mahoney led the build-out for Reed Construction, which featured the construction of five exam rooms, a medical prep room, a doctor’s office, screening room and multiple ultrasound rooms. The 6,500-square-foot project also included the construction of a break room and shell space for future expansion.
The fast-track project was overseen by CBRE, the owner’s representative. Architectural services were provided by HDR Architecture Inc.
