Reed Construction has completed a lobby renovation at 20 South Clark Street in Chicago on behalf of property management, M & J Wilkow.
Reed Construction was hired to complete the build-out to the Central Loop building’s lobby which included the installation of custom glass feature walls with stainless steel cladding. The glass is also back-lit by LED up-lighting and the lobby features a custom security desk with the integration of stone, glass and laser cut metal elements. In addition, the renovation features new interior and exterior custom lighting panels as well as new lighting throughout.
“The project was coordinated to be completed in multiple phases and a lot of the work was done after-hours to ensure minimal disruption to the building and the public,” said Joe Kozlowski, project manager for Reed Construction.
Jack Hennessy was the project executive and Joe Kozlowski was the project manager for Reed Construction. Wright Heerema Architects provided the architectural services.
