Reichle Klein Group recently earned the listing to sell the Islander Inn, a Caribbean-style resort in Put-In-Bay, Ohio.
Reichle Klein Group’s Jerry Carter and Duke Wheeler are representing Islander Inn with its sale of the business and property. The resort is located in the Lake Erie island’s entertainment zone.
The resort has 115 recently renovated rooms. It also has four pools, a lazy river, 30-person hot tub and two swim-up bars.
Sitting on 2.8 acres at 225 Erie St., the asking price for the 50,350-square-foot resort is $4.25 million.
