Reichle Klein Group was awarded the listing to sell T&J’s SmokeHouse, a 1.58-acre property in Put-In-Bay, Ohio.
Reichle Klein Group’s Duke Wheeler and Jerry Carter are representing T&J’s with the sale of the business in a popular Lake Erie resort island’s entertainment district.
“It is very rare for a property like this to become available to the general public,” said Carter.
The restaurant has almost 200 feet of frontage on the busiest road on the island. Amenities include indoor and outdoor stages and a large outside patio with a mechanical bull.
