Leopardo wrapped up restoration work at one of Chicago’s most distinctive Art Deco skyscrapers, Century Tower Apartments. The building, located at 182 W. Lake Street in the Loop, is listed as both a national and city of Chicago landmark.
Lobby restoration featured new lighting, a new reception desk and replacement of stone flooring. The 12,595-square-foot amenities level saw renovations to the fitness center—featuring a free weight area, cardio equipment and group fitness space—and media lounge, club room, coffee bar and leasing offices
The renovations included preservation of landmark and historical elements, imbuing the space’s vintage design with a new modern motif. Kaufman O’Neil Architecture and Stanton Interior Concepts aided in the project.
