The West Loop luxury office tower which opened in April has refinanced the property’s loan.
The lead developer John O’Donnell of Riverside Investment & Development borrowed $470 million against the 53-story tower, according to Crain’s. The loan from Bank of America replaced $357 million of debt that the developer took out from the lender to finance construction of the tower.
