Colliers International | Chicago has been named leasing agent for 5500 Pearl Street, a 133,237-square-foot, Class A office building located in Rosemont, Illinois. The property was recently acquired by Integris Ventures in partnership with Starlight Equity Partners. The new owners will directly manage the property and plan to pursue capital improvements to the building including a new fitness center, conference center and tenant lounge.

“5500 Pearl is a dynamic property in the most accessible location in the O’Hare market,” Integris Ventures’ David Tomlinson said. “The imminent building improvements, coupled with access to the vast shopping, dining and entertainment options within walking distance of the building, create boundless opportunities to enrich the employee experience.”

The building offers direct highway access at I-294 & Balmoral Avenue and a high parking ratio of 5.6:1,000 for those who drive. In addition, the Metra North Central Line is a 2-minute walk from the property, and Integris is committed to offering shuttle service connecting building employees to O’Hare International Airport and the CTA Blue Line station in Rosemont.

Francis Prock, Darryl Silverman and Jason Simon, Principals of Colliers | Chicago, will serve as exclusive leasing agents. According to Colliers’ suburban office research and market report, the O’Hare market continues to see strong demand from corporate users. It has the lowest vacancy rate among all suburban submarkets.

Headquartered in St. Louis, Integris Ventures is a commercial real estate investment firm specializing in retail and office properties throughout the United States. Founded in 2011, Starlight is a real estate investment firm focusing primarily on value-add multi-family, industrial and office assets across a broad range of geographic markets throughout the Midwest and East Coast.
