Rosemont, Illinois-based Brennan Investment Group promoted CJ Stempeck to Senior Vice President, Capital Markets from his previous role as Vice President.
Stempeck joined Brennan just over two years ago and quickly became a key driver of the firm’s growth. Since his arrival, he has managed the oversight and procurement of debt and equity financing for Brennan’s industrial real estate acquisitions and developments nationwide.
He has consistently demonstrated excellence in implementing the firm’s capital funding, investment, and capital risk management strategies, including managing the procurement of debt and institutional equity. In his new role, Stempeck will play a pivotal part in shaping the Capital Markets team, which remains instrumental in structuring every deal Brennan executes.
