Luke Anderson, president of West Des Moines, Iowa-based R&R Realty Group’s technology subsidiary, was named a top commercial real estate tech influencer this week by Globe Street.
According to Globe Street, Anderson was named an influencer for his work to ensure each building in R&R’s portfolio is equipped with best-in-class technology. The publication also cited his leadership in designing, engineering and managing the expansion of R&R’s dark fiber network.
Anderson also launched Intersect, R&R’s technology services package, which provides the company’s customers with services ranging from structured cabling to video solutions and more.
Anderson began his career at R&R as in intern in 2002 and has led much of the company’s growth within the technology space. In 2017, he was named president of Realty Technology Services, R&R’s technology-focused subsidiary company.
