Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider, and equity partner Kayne Anderson Real Estate, announced that Rivette Tower in Austin, Texas, is open and now available for leasing.
The new multifamily community in Mueller sits adjacent to the former airport’s iconic control tower structure, and includes two mid-rise, three- to five-story buildings with diverse exterior architectural elements, as well as approximately 2,500 square feet of ground floor retail space located near the corner of Berkman Drive and McCurdy Street.
The 538,000-square-foot project includes 345 residences, a resort-style pool, private courtyards, thoughtfully designed co-working amenity spaces, ample outdoor private and gathering areas, a central paseo, expansive pet amenities, bike maintenance and storage facilities, and a rooftop deck overlooking the control tower and city skyline.
The opening of Rivette Tower comes at an opportune time as the area has experienced strong and rapid population growth. According to the City of Austin, the Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos metropolitan statistical area added more than 50,000 residents between 2022 and 2023.
Residences are now available for move-in with substantial completion of the project scheduled for September. Rivette Tower features one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with a special focus on one-bedroom home office and townhome apartments. Fifteen percent of the 345 residences are reserved for Mueller’s Affordable Homes Program, available to households earning up to 60 percent of the Austin area’s median family income.
