Ryan Hanley has joined the @properties commercial division and brings both commercial and residential sales and development experience to the team.
He specializes in buyer and seller representation, investment sales, tenant and landlord representation, built-to-suits, development of raw land, and redevelopment opportunities.
Hanley also assists buyers and sellers in the analysis of potential sales and acquisitions. Throughout his eight-year distinguished career in the real estate world, he has sold or leased in excess of $100 million.
