In one of the largest commercial land deals in McHenry County, Illinois, in recent years, Sage Products has purchased 27 acres to expand its existing operation on Three Oaks Road.
The company’s plans call for an eventual 810,000-square-foot addition that will employ 350 more people by 2021.
The purchase price was $3.36 million.
