San Francisco-based Maven Commercial expands into Chicago

San Francisco-based Maven Commercial, a leader in retail leasing, office, and investment sales, announced today the creation of a Chicago office in partnership with industry veteran Lorraine Adney. 

As an independent broker for the last three years, Adney has represented retailers in leasing over 350,000 square feet in the Chicago market. Her many years of retail experience includes shopping center consulting and retailer representation assignments in national and international markets from Hong Kong to Palm Beach and Tulsa to Berlin. 

Chicago-based “and very Chicago proud,” Adney has helped shape the high-street retail scene in neighborhoods throughout the region. She arranged leases forover 25,000 square feet of space on Rush Street in the Gold Coast representing brands such as Rag & Bone and Versace. She also provided the catalystfor the retail boom on Southport Avenue with close to 17,000 square feet of deals including anchor Anthropologie.
