Sansone Group and Mia Rose Holdings announced the advancement of The Preston at City Center, a $55 million, 216-unit Class-A multifamily development at 5130 Mexico Road in St. Peters, Missouri, within the St. Louis MSA.
The project marks the launch of a new strategic partnership between the two firms, built on a relationship cultivated over several years. Together, Sansone Group and Mia Rose Holdings bring complementary expertise and a shared vision to deliver a high-quality residential community in a well-positioned, supply-constrained submarket.
The development will include 216 units, featuring a mix of one bedroom one bath, two bedroom two bath, and three bedroom two bath layouts. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, co-working lounge, dog park, and a ground-leased Exit 11 Coffee outlot. The site is located adjacent to the St. Peters Rec Plex, City Hall, Lutheran High School, and the Mexico Road retail corridor, offering strong connectivity and long-term demand drivers.
The St. Peters submarket continues to demonstrate healthy fundamentals, supported by limited new supply and steady absorption. These conditions, combined with the site’s strategic location and amenity offering, position the project for durable long-term performance.
