St. Louis-based Sansone Group closed the sale of its Indianapolis property with the help of joint-venture partners Centersquare Investment Management and Conrad Jacobs and Matt Kiger of Newmark.
The team acquired and fully leased a 100 percent vacant industrial 424,849-square-foot facility in the Northwest Indianapolis submarket at 7520 Georgetown Road in Indianapolis. Upon acquisition, the group implemented a marketing blitz to attract tenants and landed major long-term tenants Blue Marble Productions (181,835 square feet) and DXL (243,014 square feet).
The property sale transaction was closed on Dec. 9.
