Savills strengthens tenant advisory services with new Chicago hires

Savills announced that Connor Kerr joined the firm in Chicago as senior managing director, further strengthening the firm’s tenant representation capabilities throughout North America. 

Kerr brings over 20 years of industry experience and joins from CBRE, where he was a senior vice president. He is an experienced business consultant specializing in negotiating complex real estate transactions on behalf of major corporations with an individual location to users with offices around the globe. Kerr is skilled in developing and implementing custom occupancy strategies specific to a client’s unique business needs. He is an expert at guiding portfolio strategy for local, national, and international accounts.

In addition to Kerr, Savills recently announced the promotions of Alex Greene to managing director, Adam Southard as senior managing director, and Chris Tarzon as corporate managing director also in the firm’s Chicago office.

Savills has continued to grow its leadership and teams across North America, including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, Atlanta, Nashville, and Florida.
