Savoy Properties represented FRS Investments, LLC in the purchase of a 6,500-square-foot multi-tenant retail building located at 100 W. Jefferson Ave. in Kirkwood, Mo.
The property was purchased from West Jefferson Properties LLC for $1.05 million on Dec. 31.
The property is 100-percent leased, with such tenants as One 19 North Tapas and Wine Bar, Fun in the Sun, Art on the Vines and Stlbooks.com.
