Savoy Properties represented Greentree Community Church in the sale of The Alpine Shop in Kirkwood, Mo., a 25,100-square-foot free-standing retail building on 2.2 acres.
The property sold to Pioneer Land Company for $3.15 million Feb. 19. The Alpine Shop plans to remain at this location.
Originally, Greentree Community Church planned to make the retail location its future home. Church officials, though, recently determined that the site would not fit their needs.
