Schafer Richardson closed the lease of a 1,300-square-foot retail bay to Serenity Spa & Nails in the 71 France mixed-use development in Edina, Minnesota.
Kaylee Pham of KAP Realty represented the tenant in the transaction. Erin Larson of Schafer Richardson represented the landlord.
Serenity Spa & Nails plans to open in 2020 in the building located at 7147 France Ave., which was developed by Schafer Richardson and features 241 luxury apartment units above approximately 23,000 square feet of retail space. There is no remaining vacant retail space for lease.
Serenity Spa & Nails joins Tide Dry Cleaners, Capriotti’s, Filament Lighting, AAA Travel, grabbagreen, Camille Albane Salon and more.
