Schafer Richardson has begun construction on Rya at RF64, a 237-unit apartment development at 6300 and 6400 Richfield Parkway in Richfield, Minnesota.
The project will consist of two buildings each with four stories of market-rate apartments. The units range in size from studio to three-bedroom. The project also features one level of underground parking.
Amenities include two fitness centers; two outdoor patios with outdoor kitchens, swimming pool and sundeck; library; co-working space; community room with kitchen; and onsite staffing.
Apartment homes will feature stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, backsplash and in-unit washers and dryers.
Rya at RF64 is part of a larger redevelopment area that includes 72 for-sale affordable townhomes developed by NHH Properties and Boisclair Corporation.
Colliers represented the seller of the land in this deal.
The project team for Rya at RF64 includes Kaas Wilson Architects, Eagle Building Company, Steven Scott Management, NHH Properties, Bosclair Corporation and Schneider Downs. Funders for the project include Old National Bank, Bridgewater Bank and the City of Richfield.
