Schafer Richardson has completed Rya at RF64, a 237-unit multifamily development at 6300 and 6400 Richfield Parkway in Richfield, Minnesota.
The project consists of two buildings, each with four stories of market-rate apartments ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom units.
Rya at RF64 boasts amenities including two outdoor amenity decks with a swimming pool, bocce ball court, grilling stations, and firepits. Indoor amenities include two fitness centers with on-demand fitness options, a library, a club room with kitchen, conference room, and multifunction co-working spaces. Both buildings provide one level of underground secure parking, in addition to surface parking stalls.
Unit features include stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, backsplash, and in-unit washer and dryer. Two variations in cabinet and counter finishes provide tenants with options for their living experience. The building design incorporates energy-efficient and sustainable choices for the eco-conscious resident. All units have spacious balconies, many which offer views of neighboring Taft Park and green space.
Rya at RF64 is a transit-friendly and recreation-oriented apartment community with close proximity to Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Bloomington job centers including the MSP International Airport and the Mall of America. The site is across the street from Richfield’s Cedar Point Commons, which includes many dining and shopping options.
The Rya at RF64 project included improvements to the Lake Nokomis-Minnesota River Regional Trail along Richfield Parkway and a dedicated “pocket park” adjacent to the building with communal seating and bike fix-it station available to the public. Situated across the street from Taft Park and Taft Lake, and less than 0.5 miles from Veterans Park, residents can enjoy connecting bike paths, walking trails, athletic fields, and a playground just steps from their home. Three locally commissioned art sculptures will be featured at prominent access points on site, with unique designs representative of Richfield and Rya at RF64.
Rya at RF64 is part of a larger redevelopment area that includes 72 for-sale townhomes at mixed-income levels, developed by NHH Properties and Boisclair Corporation. The project was designed by Kaas Wilson Architects and constructed by Eagle Building Company. Steven Scott Management serves as the property manager.
