Scott W. Rasmussen, E.I., has transferred to ECS Midwest as a Project Manager.
Previously, Mr. Rasmussen worked in our Mid-Atlantic region servicing the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. He brings the Bridgeview, IL office more than 4 years of experience in construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical engineering analyses.
He has experience in CMT projects including heavy civil, commercial buildings, institutional buildings, and residential construction. Additional experience includes subsurface explorations and geotechnical engineering analyses for multi-family developments, recreational facilities, and commercial buildings/developments. He also specializes in third party code compliance inspection services. His primary responsibilities include management of CMT projects, support of engineering technician staff, growth and expansion of current services and operations, and business development activities.
