The commercial real estate division of Omaha-based real estate development and management firm Seldin Company recnetly combined operations with the former Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Group. This merger forms a new company, World Group Commercial Real Estate.
The new firm is now responsible for the management, leasing and sales of more than 3 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space in the Omaha area and in other locations across Iowa and Nebraska.
Kevin Rhodes, senior vice president of commercial real estate of Seldin Company, will serve as the managing broker for the new firm’s office in the Miracle Hills Business Park. Trenton Magid, founder of World Group, will retain an active role in the leadership of the new firm.
