The communities have a combined total of 377 beds.
SunQuest Village and SunQuest Healthcare Center are located on the same campus in the city of Huron. The center is licensed for 163 skilled-nursing beds and is made up of about 45,500 square feet. SunQuest Village features 55 assisted-living beds and is made up of 46,000 square feet.
Southridge Healthcare Center in Sioux Falls is licensed for 159 skilled-nursing beds. The building sits on more than 6 acres of land and features 33,300 square feet.
The seller is a publicly traded REIT. The buyer is a national group with an existing presence in South Dakota.
