Sherman Residential is proud to debut a newly remodeled amenity wing for its residents of The Sovereign at Overland Park, Kansas.
In February, 2020, Sherman Residential acquired the Class-A garden-style multifamily community located in the southern Kansas City metroplex. The Sovereign is a Top 5 ranked community in Overland Park, based on Online Reputation Assessment scores, independently scored by J Turner Research.
Since its 2013 construction, the community had won multiple awards for its outstanding landscaping. In its first year of ownership, Sherman, however, saw an opportunity to improve the clubhouse.
Working with The Hive Design Collaborative and BCCM Construction of Kansas City, Sherman is delivered a new amenities wing with:
- State-of-the-art resident lounge with a modern kitchen and contemporary seating spaced thoughtfully for small groups
- Business center with socially-distanced work stations
- Media room for gaming and gathering
- Fitness center open 24-hours
- Package-receiving lockers, coffee bar, and other conveniences
