Loretto, Minnesota-based Shingobee Real Estate Company has added Marvin Wensman as development manager.
Wensman will identify opportunities for commercial real estate development and construction, and assist in the due diligence/entitlement process, provide project management and create financial forecasts.
Wensman’s background has been on the brokerage side of the commercial real estate industry, working with the investment sales team at the Northstar Retail Group of Marcus & Millichap.
