Signature Associates negotiated the lease of 28,649 square feet of industrial space in Wixom, Mich., to BTHC. The new tenant will expand its operations after moving into the site.
Jim Montgomery of Signature Associates represented the landlord, Wixom Land LLC, in the transaction.
The industrial space is located at 50714 Century Court in Wixom.
