Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 36,500 square feet of industrial space located at 36175 Herman Road in Romulus, Mich.
Garrett Keais and Brad Viergever of Signature Associates represented the seller, First City Servicing Corp. Brad Viergever also represented the purchaser, ABM Trading LLC.
