Christopher Chesney is the new director of property management accounting at Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates.
Chesney brings more than seven years of real estate accounting experience in property management and portfolio asset accounting to his new position. Before joining Signature, he handled the accounting and financial reporting for various PPM Global properties that were owned by institutional investors in Michigan.
During his time at Signature, Chesney oversaw the implementation of new accounting systems for more than 100 properties.
