Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 100,000 square feet of industrial space at 31111 Old Wiuxom Road in Wixom, Michigan.
Jim Montgomery and Steve Kozak of Signature Associates represented the seller, K-Tool of Integrated Supply Network. Montgomery also represented the purchaser, Matrix Quality Solutions.
Matrix is consolidating its operations to this new location. Integrated Supply Network is moving locations to Indiana.
