The SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS® (SIOR) recently elected David Liebman, SIOR, JD, managing broker with Merit Partners, LLC, in Chicago, to serve as SIOR’s Regional Director for Great Lakes. He will serve a two-year term and will assume the position at SIOR’s CREate 360 Conference in Dallas this October.
Liebman, an industrial specialist in Northbrook, Illinois, not only brings 30+ years of experience to the industry, he holds his Juris Doctorate and offers additional legal experience to his clients. For several years he has authored a column in SIOR’s quarterly magazine, SIOR Report, and his expertise has been featured in many articles. He’s been an SIOR member since 1998 and has served in a number of SIOR volunteer roles such as holding positions on the Professional Standards Committee, the Nominating Committee, the Membership Standards & Admissions Committee, The Planning & Program Development Committee, as well as Speaker for the SIOR Chapter Leadership Council.
