Ryan T. Hesch, Senior Vice President of ML Realty Partners LLC, announced that Sonya Majus has been promoted to Transaction Coordinator at ML Realty Partners.
Since joining the firm in June 2010, Majus has succeeded through her outstanding knowledge of the industry and tenacity to follow through rigorous timelines. In her new role, Majus will work with the finance group to execute company transactions through numerous efforts including analysis support and reporting requirements.
“Our team’s financing, re-financing, acquisitions and disposition success in the last few years is partially a result of Sonya’s excellent work,” said Hesch. “ML Realty Partners is truly benefitting from her dedication, which helps move our vision forward.”
