Rosemont, Illinois-based SPACECO, Inc. promoted Dan Stevens, PE, CPESC to executive vice president. He will be responsible for the management and oversight of infrastructure, transportation and industrial, commercial and residential site development projects for both public and private sector clients.
Stevens will also supervise a support staff including senior project managers, project managers, project engineers, design engineers and CAD operators and will be responsible for business development activities. His duties will include oversight and design of grading and utility layout, earthwork analysis, cost estimation, stormwater management and permitting. Additional responsibilities will include reviewing and preparing project reports, design plans, planning studies, specifications, project coordination with other professionals, regulatory compliance, entitlement assistance and construction observation.
Stevens brings over 19 years of experience in civil engineering, of which 13 are with SPACECO. He holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from Purdue University.
