With this leasing activity, the 147,752-square-foot property is now 95.5% leased and has one remaining space available for immediate occupancy.
In the most recent transaction, TECH.PA. has completed a long-term lease for 9,094 square feet of space in the suite located at 1050-1052 National Parkway and will open its first industrial showroom and warehouse space in Chicago and the U.S.
TECH.PA., based in Verona, Italy, specializes in the field of industrial automation and robotics with a strong concentration in the food industry. Founded by Riccardo Pasetto more than 20 years ago, the firm’s first industrial applications began in 2005 when he developed robotic applications and equipment designed to pick up and package cookies for a major customer in Verona.
The space being leased by TECH.PA. includes 3,500 square feet of office and showroom space, along with almost 5,600 square feet of warehouse space. The space also features access to a common enclosed loading dock. The company will take occupancy of the space in early August.

1026-1100 National Parkway is a 147,752-square-foot multitenant flex industrial building situated on 6.9 acres of land. The property features a great location that is minutes from the new Meacham Road exit and 4 way interchange at Roselle Road and I-90. It also features an abundance of amenities given its location near Woodfield Mall.
In another lease, Adaptive Adventures has completed a lease and moved into its new space totaling 3,355 square feet of space at 1080 National Parkway. Adaptive Adventures is a non-profit organization that provides progressive outdoor sports opportunities to improve quality of life for children, adults and veterans with physical disabilities and their families.
Earlier this year, Jarvis Lighting completed a lease renewal and expansion of the space it occupies at 1054 National Parkway. It now leases 19,652 square feet which represents a 9,100-square-foot expansion of its operations. Jarvis Lighting, a commercial lighting manufacturer and distributor, has been a tenant of the building since 2019.
The last remaining suite at National Parkway is 6,670 square feet. That space features approximately 1,100 square feet of office space and access to a shared enclosed dock.
