Minneapolis-based SR Realty Trust, Inc. has acquired a 56,000-square-foot industrial property that is 100% leased to two tenants. The property, at 1101 Libra Drive in Lincoln, Nebraska, was built in 2018 and sits on a 3.5-acre site.
“With vacancy rates hovering around 1.5% and year-over-year rents rising 8%, this acquisition further shows SR Realty Trust’s commitment to the Lincoln industrial real estate market,” said Dan Ruehl, Acquisition Manager, SR Realty Trust.
