SRS Real Estate Partners‘ National Net Lease Group closed the $2.15 million sale of a free-standing, 6,804-square-foot property fully occupied by Fresenius Kidney Care at 120 W. 7th St. in Monroe, Wisconsin.
SRS National Net Lease Group’s First Vice Presidents Frank Rogers and Michael Carter represented the seller, a Midwest-based developer, as well as the buyer, a private California-based investor who was in a 1031 exchange.
The Monroe asset is just off State Highways 11 and 69 and provides excellent visibility and access. It is near Walmart Supercenter, Dollar General and Shopko, among others.
