St. Louis’ Armstrong Teasdale adds director of legaltalent acquisition

St. Louis-based law firm Armstrong Teasdale added Colleen McNulty as Director of Legal Talent Acquisition.

With over 15 years of experience in the area of legal talent recruitment, she collaborates closely with firm management and the firm’s Chief Legal Talent Officer, Karl Riehl, to meet the firm’s current attorney recruitment needs and drive Armstrong Teasdale’s lateral growth strategy.

In addition, McNulty oversees the firm’s lateral associate and summer associate recruitment initiatives.

McNulty brings a wealth of experience, having built and led multi-office legal recruiting teams across the U.S., sourced and recruited attorneys across various seniority levels, and leveraged her extensive network to achieve results.

Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, she was Director of Legal Recruiting at Gunderson Dettmer in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before that, she spearheaded lateral and student legal recruiting efforts at Morrison & Foerster, Dentons, and Goodwin Procter. A Midwestern native, McNulty earned her bachelor’s degrees from the University of Michigan and is located in Armstrong Teasdale’s Chicago office.
