Rick Kingery has joined St. Louis-based Sansone Group as National Director – Corporate Account Services.
With a proven track record of building long-term trusted relationships throughout his career, Kingery will leverage his extensive network to expand Sansone Group’s development, asset management, and brokerage services in the manufacturing and distribution sectors across the U.S.
Kingery brings over 16 years of commercial real estate expertise to Sansone Group. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Leader of the Food & Beverage Practice Group at Colliers, where he successfully brokered billions of dollars in transactions. His experience in addition to brokerage and corporate account management, spans ground-up development for factories and both traditional and automated distribution centers, with a specialized focus on cold-chain distribution. His corporate advisory relationships are deep and wide, ranging from quantum physics to coffee creamers.
Before entering real estate, Kingery’s background in logistics and supply chain gave him a comprehensive understanding of distribution markets across the U.S. His ability to spot emerging trends and deliver results will be pivotal in advancing Sansone Group’s reach.
