St. Louis-based Gershman Commercial Real Estate has formed Gershman Commercial Equities, a company designed to acquire and manage investment properties.
Tom Stern, chairman of Gershman Commercial Real Estate, and Joseph McGauley, president of Gershman Commercial Real Estate, are the co-founders of the firm.
The new company’s goal is to acquire and reposition office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties in the St. Louis metropolitan region and other areas within a 250-mile radius of St. Louis.
