KAI 360 Construction Services welcomed back Jay Sigmund as Senior Project Manager at its St. Louis office.
Sigmund previously served as a KAI Project Manager from 2005-2016 and brings extensive industry experience to his returning role.
Sigmund is experienced in design-build, project management, construction management and construction inspection. His work experience includes wastewater systems, commercial, government and institutional buildings, mass residential construction and bridges.
As a Senior Project Manager, his responsibilities include constructability reviews, estimating, procurement, scheduling, overall management of at-risk and construction management projects and serving as the principal liaison to the client. Sigmund is currently working on KAI 360 CS projects for the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD), including the Bissell and Lemay Wastewater Treatment Facility Fluidized Bed Incinerators project.
