St. Louis’ L3 Corporation added Tim Gearhart to its team of real estate professionals.
With over a decade of experience specializing in national tenant and landlord representation within the retail sector, Gearhart brings a wealth of expertise and industry relationships to the firm.
Gearhart has built a distinguished career in commercial real estate, successfully representing both tenants and landlords in high-profile transactions across the country. At L3, he will focus on leveraging his expertise to provide strategic tenant and landlord representation at both the regional and national levels.
Before joining L3 Corporation, Gearhart was a Principal at Segovia Partners, where his core focus was in national, regional, and local tenant and landlord representation within the restaurant and retail sectors. Previously, he served as the Director of Leasing for Brookfield Properties’ Southeast Region “eat/drink” team, where he executed over $300 million in transactions during his nearly eight-year tenure. Earlier in his career, he was the Director of Real Estate and Development for Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, leading expansion efforts across the Midwest, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida.
A licensed real estate broker in Illinois, Gearhart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Marketing from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.
