Trent Gherardini has joined McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. in St. Louis as a Senior Business Development Manager.
In this new role, he’ll focus on building relationships with current and prospective clients in thehealthcare, civic and commercial building markets across the greater St. Louis metropolitan region.
Gherardini joins McCarthy with a strong background in commercial real estate mergers and acquisitions, both as a broker/advisor and in development. During his career, Gherardini has overseen over $750 million in real estate transaction volume across a wide range of market sectors, including healthcare, senior living, skilled nursing, industrial, retail, and multifamily.
Gherardini earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from DePaul University in Chicago. He’s a member of the SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Development Board and volunteers at the St. Louis Area Food Bank.
