St. Louis, Mo.-based Sansone Group won the 2012 COR$TAR Awards for Top Retail Lease, Top Retail Size, Top Referring Broker and Top Referring Firm.
CORFAC International announced the winners of the annual COR$TAR Awards at the company’s 2013 Spring Conference in Las Vegas. The awards recognize referrals between CORFAC brokerage professionals in which two or more brokers from different firms represented a single client and company in a completed lease or sale transaction.
Scott Savacool of Sansone won the Top Retail Value Award for referring a lease that secured a 1,500-square-foot retail location in Manhattan, N.Y., valued at $2.24 million for Scottrade, Inc. It was the 274th lease Savacool has participated in on behalf of Scottrade in North America.
Tim Cherre won the Top Retail Size Award for referring a lease that secured a 21,530-square-foot property at La Frontera Village in Austin, Texas. Cherre also won the Award for Top Referring Broker with 14 referred transactions in 2012.
Sansone Group received the Award for Top Referring Firm with 26 referrals.
