Carrie Davis of St. Louis-based Solon Gershman helped close a lease renewal that will keep a family medical practice in its current location in Waterloo, Ill.
Davis represented Southern IL Medical Development Corporation in the 2,586-square-foot lease renewal of office space at the Southern Illinois Medical Center in Waterloo.
Family Practice Associates renewed its lease in the transaction.
