Mitch Snyder is a new project engineer at St. Louis-based Tarlton Corp.
Snyder previously served as a project manager at ARCO Construction Company Inc. He also gained industry experience as an intern in the project-estimating group at The Walsh Group in Chicago and on the surveying team at Cross Construction Inc. in Urbana, Ill.
