Andrew Nelch has been promoted to project manager at St. Louis-based Tarlton Corp., a general contracting and construction management firm.
Nelch joined Tarlton in 2006 as a project engineer. He has worked on projects such as the Simon Hall renovation at Washington University in St. Louis, the American Airlines Admirals Club renovation at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport and several projects for the U.S. General Services Administration.
