The State Of Minnesota Department Of Military Affairs recently awarded Stahl the construction contract for a new 135,000-square-foot Readiness Center in Arden Hills, Minnesota.
Construction of the $37.872 million Division Headquarters Building, as a part of the greater Arden Hills Army Training Site, will commence earthwork and utilities this fall and is scheduled for completion in August of 2020.
The new Readiness Center will house offices, classrooms, training facilities and unit administrative spaces for the 34th Infantry Division and is expected to be a LEED Silver certified building.
Stahl will work alongside LEO A DALY Architects for this project. A ceremonial groundbreaking ceremony was held on Oct. 15. Representatives from LEO A DALY, Minnesota Army National Guard, and Stahl were present.
